I understand the following policies: I am 21 years of age or older. I wish to become a Page Mill Winery Wine Club Member. I understand that my wine club will be automatically charged to my credit card prior to each release. Cancellation of membership must be received in writing 30 days prior to the next club release. An adult signature is required for club releases that are shipped. Shipping is subject to state and local laws. After six months wines will be automatically shipped.
